The Career Development Professional Centre is thrilled to bring you ChatCDP – an opportunity to meaningfully connect with others working within career development and employment services, from coast to coast to coast.
ChatCDP is for those who crave connections with colleagues. It is an opportunity to embrace the power of collaboration as CDPs from various backgrounds, work settings, and regions unite to lean on, and learn from, each other, share insights, celebrate successes, and experience the power of career development.
Together, we’ll create a dynamic and connected Canadian CDP Community where everyone has a voice—one chat at a time!
The Power of In Motion & Momentum+
ChatCDP Led by Trina Stanford
Join us for a 1.5-hour interactive ChatCDP session where CDPs will explore the pre-employment needs of clients and how the In Motion & Momentum+ (IM&M+) program addresses these challenges. In this session, we’ll discuss the limitations of traditional one-size-fits-all approaches, focusing on critical pre-employability issues. Come explore the IM&M+ approach: meeting clients where they are and building confidence and hope for those who’ve been feeling stuck. Experience IM&M+ activities that empower clients, build self-awareness and support them in finding their pathway to their preferred futures. Join the conversation with other dedicated career development professionals to exchange best practices, and generate new ideas to enhance client support. Don’t miss this opportunity to contribute to meaningful change in the career development sector!
