Navigating Ethical Dilemmas Within Career Development
Are you a career development practitioner who has faced an ethical dilemma in your work? We’re guessing that everyone might answer a resounding “absolutely” to that question. Yet many of us navigate these scenarios on our own.
The purpose of this series is to create a safe space to recognize ethical dilemmas and to offer strategies for working through them, leaning on our Code of Ethics, the Ethical Decision Making Framework, and meaningful dialogue. Group facilitators will not be offering ethical advice within this group, but instead will be offering a variety of real-life scenarios and strategies for ethically working through them.
Join us this for four free Zoom sessions, scheduled from 12:30-2 pm Eastern Time on the following dates:
Tuesday October 17th
Tuesday November 21st
Tuesday December 12th
Tuesday January 9th
The monthly Zoom meetings and an ongoing discussion forum, within the CDPC social learning community, will be co-facilitated by Dr. Roberta Borgen and Julia Bloomquist. All members of the CDPC community are welcome. Although there is no cost to join this group or to attend the Zoom sessions, registration is required. We hope you can join!
Zoom links will be provided after registration. Attendees must have an account within the CDPC social learning community. Learn more at https://cdpc-cedc.ca/our-community/
