An Intersectional Approach to Supporting Career Development
CASE, in partnership with CERIC, has developed a six-week, online program that explores the impact of intersectionality for jobseekers who are Black, Indigenous and Persons of Colour experiencing disability (BIPOC-D). Learn ways to practice anti-racism and anti-ableism as a career development professional to better support BIPOC-D jobseekers.
The program offers asynchronous learning modules and weekly live webinars facilitated by a knowledgeable instructor for practical, research- and community-based learning. It provides an opportunity for you to:
- gain critical insights into the different experiences and perspectives of BIPOC-D jobseekers,
- explore strategies that align with an intersectional and trauma-informed lens, and
- advance your commitment and practice towards diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Limited seats are available for the first cohort starting on March 4, 2024.
