In this month’s Wellness Wednesday Movement Session, Meghan Martin will guide a series of invigorating, yet accessible exercises. Whether you find yourself in your home office, a conference room, or even on a business trip, this class is designed to be practiced anywhere. You will be invited to synchronize breath with movement, fostering a deeper connection to the body, and promoting a deeper sense of inner calm. Release tension, recharge energy, and cultivate a renewed sense of focus and productivity!
