Sara Collins (BBA) serves as the Business Development & Training Manager at ETHOS. In her role, Sara is responsible for generating and leading webinars, overseeing marketing and outreach activities, and contributing to internal program development. She also collaborates with external clients to assess their needs.
Sara’s journey at ETHOS began as a Job Developer within a program dedicated to supporting 2SLGBTQ+ individuals. In this capacity, she aided participants in boosting their self-confidence and securing employment opportunities. She worked closely with employers to understand their requirements and connect them with qualified candidates. Furthermore, Sara manages career support for indigenous learners participating in Royal Roads University’s Micro-credential programs and has led the Inclusive Employer’s Hiring HUB program.
Sara’s primary mission revolves around nurturing a community of employers committed to inclusive hiring practices, thereby creating meaningful and sustainable job opportunities for those seeking employment.

With a background in business operations and entrepreneurship, Matt Vissers began his journey in the employment services industry as a Business Coach. Here, he was able to combine his experience in business with his passion for creating inclusive opportunities in exclusive spaces. Honing his skills through Self-Employment programming, Matt has helped countless individuals identify and achieve their own version of success.
Today, as Director of Programming and Lead Proposal Writer at ETHOS Career Management Group, Matt oversees, builds, and supports numerous initiatives in BC and Alberta aimed at reducing barriers and empowering individuals in their employment journeys. Through his role at ETHOS, he works to break down barriers and create opportunities for those typically marginalized in the fields of entrepreneurship and leadership.
