The focus of this experiential course is on how we can draw from therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to support clients to take career-related actions, despite feelings of anxiety or low mood. Students will leave with greater clarity about how they can ethically draw from these types of therapeutic approaches and learn simple tools they can use immediately in their day-to-day practice.<\/span><\/p>\n
