ChatCDP: Mapping Engagement Challenges in the Career Development Sector
So far, ChatCDP conversations have included rich discussion and learning about national certification, AI, best practices, self-disclosure, and more! All topics have emerged from attendees simply coming together to discuss whatever is on their minds.
Now we are thrilled to announce themed ChatCDP sessions! These are conversations on a specific topic, led by a guest host, with the same principles around conversation and engagement between CDPs.
We are very excited to announce our second themed ChatCDP Session:
Mapping Engagement Challenges in the Career Development Sector: Cultivating Collective Insight and Individual Action
Session Description
Join us for an interactive 1.5-hour ChatCDP session where we’ll delve into the intricate challenge of engagement within the career development sector. Using systems mapping techniques, we’ll collaboratively explore the complexity of this issue from a systemic perspective, uncovering underlying factors and interconnections. Through guided discussions, career professionals will gain insights into their current practices and identify opportunities to positively contribute to enhancing engagement with clients, the public, and employers. Don’t miss this opportunity to exchange ideas, learn from fellow practitioners, and collectively work towards building a more engaged and connected career development community.
Together, we’ll pave the way for a dynamic and connected Canadian CDP Community where everyone has a voice . . . one chat at a time!
